Graphic Designer - torn between your fears and your creativity!
introduction
The fear that I will address in this article is a feeling or everyday phenomenon. Fear is a complete human reaction and a feeling regardless of age, appearance, nerves, muscles or how brave it is. From the psychological point of view, fear is defined as one of the basic senses or emotions that man feels. However, it can accompany anger, joy, pain or sadness. In general, fear is associated with the emotions that arise from concrete or immaterial real dangers. But it is on the opposite side of worry or longing, which is usually the result of a surprise, threat, danger of every kind.
Fear can appear when a man is exposed to a shameful or humiliating situation, or when he sees others suffer that fear for himself, or when he receives terrible news. Prolonged frequency or exposure to fear can lead a man to a state of imbalance, especially when a man resists fatigue, emotional setbacks, agitation, the organic changes he experiences as a result of the nervous system, such as an increase in adrenaline, abnormal heartbeat, all accompanied by excessive sweating, dry mouth and other symptoms. But this is not the case at all. The thing is, how can the graphic designer face this fear? How can she control this fear in a positive way? How can you use your fear in a creative way?
This phenomenon is widely known among graphic designers, regardless of their professionalism, but reaches the highest levels among students of graphic design. However, it takes a special shape when it comes to working with all its problems. It comes from two main sources: the student's inadequacy and the widening gap between what he has learned and the demands of the market. The second case is the discrepancy between the student and his staff, that is, the lack of a communication language between the two. Inadequate knowledge of the graphic designer's task would also create an awkward situation for the designer himself and lead to frustration and excitement.
Like other creative men, a graphic designer has to live a unique state of creativity through which he can reach the pinnacle of producing a complete work that achieves long-term hope. Living in such a state would require him to present a design that is a simple and direct visual means of communication that penetrates deeply into the perception of the recipient.
But where can this case be?
How does the concept evolve?
How can the graphic designer achieve a state of creativity and invention? Both states are mainly based on the designer's ability to overcome the state of confusion and uncertainty, which usually begins with the initial steps in concept development. Subsequently, this condition would gradually develop and become fear. It is quite important that the designer overcomes his fear by overlooking this state of fear.
To overcome this barrier, the designer must have three main things:
1- Self-awareness,
2- Self-acceptance and
3 - Confidence.
These assumptions and conditions can help the designer maintain his ideas and the tools to execute them. By owning such relationships, the designer will be able to use and apply his personal potentials and be open to creative and artistic ideas and experiences. They allow you to explore the truth and be responsible in your emotions, behaviors and practices. These key aspects would provide an ideal environment to encourage the designer to work alone or in a team with a positive impact and results that will guide him toward Graphic Design Tool.
However, creativity or say "creative thinking" and problem-solving skills depend largely on the designer's ability to organize and classify his information and extract important and useful data. To understand this, you need to know the work required, your environment, the message you intend to convey, and the means to execute your ideas. All this would give him a kind of self-protection and defense of his ideas. He would always be strong to break his confusion and fear.
